What character am I most like?

I'd like to know what animated/cartoon character I'm most like.

It doesn't really matter if they look like me, I want to know if they
act like me.

I'm 14, quirky, loud, and strange. I'm a little dark on the inside,
but very energetic and sunny on the outside. I'm pretty sunny inside
too. I love little kids and babies, I have severe ADD, and I have a
tic that comes and goes but isn't actual Tourete's syndrome (I know I
spelled that wrong).

I love classical music and Russia. I love ballet and the way the
french language sounds when people sing in it. I was born in America,
but my great grandmother is 100% German and to make a long story
short, I'm really German.

I can speak English (obviously) and a lot of Spanish, plus a little
German and a TINY bit of Russian. There's even a couple words of
Hebrew in there.

I dream to act someday and have few friends.

I live in a very big and VERY famous city that's warm and sunny (wink
wink can you guess where?)

But I'd much rather live in the country.

I know you can't get me exactly, but what animated/cartoon character
am I like (even just a little)?

Examples: Coraline, Ellie (Up), Rapunzel (Tangled)... you get the
idea.
