So in the beginning of the movie I know it says "A long time ago" but
thats where I'm confused? Now I was told that our present Earth was
taken over by robots so we went WAY back in time where we met more
advanced civilizations. So first off if this is true, than why go back
that far and not just to the point of the machine uprising? Second,
what happened to all these advanced civilizations? very confusing :(
