How does Rob compare to her?Burke: He's better than Kim, I have to say! [Laughs] I won't know for sure until I teach him a Latin dance. They're both very shy. With a competition, you need to be a little more out there. I think Rob is getting more and more open with me. We have that bickering brother-and-sister relationship. I'm having a lot of fun so far this season. I feel like I'm dancing with my little brother.Fall TV: Get the lowdown on this season's must-see new showsHe doesn't have any dance experience, but does he have any natural rhythm?Burke: He actually does! He has no problem keeping his feet to the music, which, thank God for that! I didn't think he would be able to do that. We're really working on his posture right now and holding his chin up. He knows how to stand up straight, but it's about keeping it consistent.What are your expectations for the first week?Burke: I want to stay in the middle of the pack. I mean, of course, I want to be the front-runner, but I'm not sure what the judges are expecting from Rob. He's the youngest of the group. He's not an athlete. He doesn't have a musical background. I'm just hoping he stays in the middle of the pack and we'll slowly work our way up.What do you think of the cast this season?Burke: The cast is fantastic. I've made so many friends already. I had this huge barbecue on Labor Day and so many of them came. It was cool to hang out with everyone. There's no odd person out who's not being social. Everyone is friendly and I think it's great. People are talking about the cast and that's what we need. There's some controversy [about Chaz Bono], which I don't think is necessary. We're all individuals. We all have our own rights, we have our freedoms and people need to respect that. This is something he decided to do for himself and we should respect that.Who do you think is your biggest competition?Burke: Um, his sister! [Laughs] He really wants to make it past Week 3. 'Tinker, Tailor' opens Ghent Film Fest

"Mess Tailor Soldier Spy," directed by Sweden's Tomas Alfredson, will open the 38th Ghent Film Festival, which runs March. 11-22.The pic, based on John le Carre's best-selling spy novel, signifies Alfredson's first British-language film and stars Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, John Hurt, Tom Sturdy, Mark Strong, Ciarn Hinds and Toby Manley. 10 Reasons For 'Contagion' That Hassled Us (Ding!)

Should you have had some difficulties with this weekend's box office champion 'Contagion,' you are not by yourself. At Moviefone HQ, the Steven Soderbergh-directed viral disaster thriller would be a hot subject of dialogue the science is accurate (most likely), but a few of the other particulars did not quite sit right. Ahead, the burning questions raised by 'Contagion' upon departing the theaters. (Warning: SPOILERS!) 1. If she am dang contagious, would a healthcare facility really release Gwyneth Paltrow's body to her family? You could not help but shame Matt Damon's character when he was relayed through a funeral director they wouldn't accept the physiques of his wife (Paltrow) and stepson due to the danger they posed to everyone. Yet, why did a healthcare facility even release the physiques to begin with? Especially following the autopsy doctors were so alarmed in what they found while cutting into Paltrow's brain. (Also, ewww.) 2. Why was Matt Damon's character immune? Well, the film did not explain that -- that was fine. Besides, it might simply have led to more scientific mumbo-jumbo. What did need a reason? 3. Why did not someone steal his immunity wristband? A factor like this could have been priceless. Maybe nobody else understood he'd it under that bulky parka, but ... 4. Nobody broke into his house? The neighbors nearby get gunned lower, but Damon and the daughter are able to escape? Things in Ontario did not look as harsh as with Bay Area (where Jude Law's fiery blogger character was), but nonetheless, Damon, his house and the daughter look a-OK at film's finish. 5. Would the web (and electricity, for your matter) be up? With 2.5 million deaths within the U.S. alone, mass rioting along with a general breakdown in society, it appears unlikely that individuals would have the ability to tweet, blog and text every time they wanted. 6. Exactly what does Steven Soderbergh have against writers anyway? Jude Law's anti-government blogger had some valid points: Why lead him to the villain from the piece? 7. Should you be given some advice from the top CDC official, can you publish it to Facebook? Lawrence Fishburne's character will get in serious trouble for tipping off his girlfriend to depart town since the friend she informs then posts the warning to Facebook, stating him because the source. We admire the friend's need to alert the general public, but whoa: method to betray a trust. 8. Did the village where Marion Cotillard occured hostage all of a sudden become immune? When she was initially introduced towards the village and proven its scared children, these were all putting on jewelry over their faces for anxiety about catching the deadly disease. When her ransom was prepared to be compensated, though, all of the jewelry were gone. Guess they did not need individuals vaccines in the end. 9. Truly great shows are a rounding error in the qualitative calculus. For every "Modern Family," there's a torrent of programs like "Cavemen" and "The Paul Reiser Show." Most shows are just stuck in the middle; while it consistently struggled to stay in the top 50, "According to Jim" managed to eke out an eight-season run on ABC.The good news about the 2011-12 broadcast season is that it'll be hard to be worse than the previous year's, when the failure rate for new series was 77 percent and three were yanked before Columbus Day. At least a half-dozen new shows look particularly promising. As for the others, well, there's no accounting for taste.Monday CBS goes schizoid with the female-powered "2 Broke Girls" scheduled as lead-in to "Two and a Half Men." Entertainment president Nina Tassler says the former, a Kat Dennings comedy, tested better than any pilot in CBS history, and the opener is solid. (Points off for the laugh track, however, which seems to be making an unwelcome return.) "The OC's" Rachel Bilson is a sassy New York doctor who moves to the sticks in the CW's "Hart of Dixie," which airs after the rickety "Gossip Girl." The lone 9 p.m. entry with the potential to draw a male-skewing crowd, it airs after the fall's third Paleolithic-man comedy, "How to Be a Gentleman."NBC's lineup includes "Whitney," created and co-produced by Whitney Cummings. A polarizing stand-up, Cummings can dole out the jokes, but a pedestrian script and a laugh track are a drag on the pilot. Although she's no Helen Mirren, Maria Bello nails down a strong leading role in the remake of the BBC classic "Prime Suspect," also on NBC. Still, given a subplot in which Bello must fight for the respect of her male colleagues, the pilot feels a bit musty. Thursday is supernatural night at the CW, which airs Kevin Williamson's witchy teen-angst drama, "The Secret Circle," after "The Vampire Diaries."Friday There are only two new series in the works for Friday night, and that number could be slashed in half before the sun sets on October. After a homicide detective discovers that he's actually a monster hunter descended from the Brothers Grimm, the titular hero engages in all sorts of ham-fisted genre frippery. And Friday night remains ghost-friendly as CBS follows up on its old "Ghost Whisperer" and "Medium" franchises with "A Gifted Man," a weepy, I-see-dead-people drama starring Patrick Wilson as a surgeon with a God complex.Saturday The last time anyone watched scripted TV on a Saturday night, Captain Stubing was at the helm of the Pacific Princess. So, no, there are no new series airing on Saturday nights in the fall. Go out and make some friends, why don't you?Sunday The season's second paean to the joys of 1963, "Pan Am" boasts the swooping cinematography and luscious set design of a Martin Scorsese film. The show squares off with NBC's "Sunday Night Football" and CBS' pairing of "The Good Wife" and "CSI: Miami," but if the pilot is anything to go by, here's hoping ABC gives "Pan Am" some time to spread its wings. Earlier in the evening, another fairy tale procedural (ABC's "Once Upon a Time") must contend with the first quarter of NFL action and CBS' "Amazing Race." The show may get more sampling if it ditched the generic title for something more explicit, like "Hansel and Gretel and Murder or The Tortoise and the Heroin Distribution Ring."
